    Description

    Vintage, pre-owned, Champion "The Atlas" jockstrap / athletic supporter / underwear.  Off-white color of pouch, waist band, leg straps.  Size Large.  Distinctive single burgundy thin stripe along waist band.  Believed to date from the 1970s/1980s.  Materials believed to be cotton, rubber, nylon.  Made in U.S.A.
    Waist band is approximately 13 inches long, 3 inches wide (flat, un-stretched).
    Exceptional, rare, vintage jock strap / athletic supporter.  Very difficult to find this brand, style, size, and in this condition.
    Excellent condition for a pre-owned, vintage clothing item.
    Some pulled threads and/or minor fabric defects.  Slight discoloration in pouch fabric.
    Well broken in.
    No dry rot.
    Very clean.
    Sold in as-is condition.
