    Description

    For sale is an original painting on velvet from the 1960's. I am told it was a gift to a young man's grandmother back in 1969 for her work in the Black Power Movement. The painting has a strange, surreal quality to it. Aside from the many faces, there is also a couple embracing, and a little girl jumping rope. It is signed by "Dash", and dated 1969. There is a little glue or same kind of residue on the bottom edge on one side. It seems like it could easily be touched up.
    We are close to Philadelphia, and free local pick up is welcome. Also, if anyone is interested in the painting only without the frame. Contact me and I can give you a reduction on the shipping cost. The painting with frame measures 39x35 (this framed painting has no glass).
