Navy SEAL DEVGRU waterproof scuba assault pack multicam.
No idea who the maker of this is. It’s brand new, and is just missing the molle that attaches the shoulder straps to the pack. I used them for another project but imagine you can find a molle to molle connection somewhere.
I had 2 of these for some reason, so this was my spare and they do work. I jammed all kinds of stuff in the other one and submersed it well below 50 feet and everything held up.
