    Description

    This is a hand carved soapstone vase or small bowl made in Kenya.  It has two giraffes on it and two free form designs.  It looks hand painted as the strokes are not even and the coloring is darker in spots.  It measures about 2 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter at the top.  The top is not level which I believe is original to the piece.  It is quite heavy for such a small item.  It has some wear here and there.  It is sold used as is.
