This plate carrier is in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition, in my opinion...  It's a bit faded overall, but aside from that...it's AWESOME!  All stitching & Velcro are in great condition!  Everything you see in the pics comes with it...  It also has 1/2" foam in both the front & back and includes the side armor pouches!!!  The cable pull for the "Releasable" feature is missing, but if I come across it...I'll throw it in.  See all pics!!!
